Day 1 : Cochin

On your arrival, our representative from South Tourism will receive you and assist for your smooth check-in at the hotel. Relax for a while and start for sightseeing tour of Cochin City. Visit the iconic locations of Cochin like Santa Cruz Church, St. Francis Church (the first European church in India), Chinese fishing net, Dutch cemetery, Dutch palace museum and Jewish synagogue. Later in the evening, optional visit to enjoy the traditional art form of Kerala, Kathakali Dance Show, a dance-drama enacting portions of great Indian Epics like Ramayana or Mahabharatha. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 2 : Cochin - Munnar

Post breakfast, head on to Munnar, popularly known as Honeymooners’ Paradise. En-route, stop to cherish the beauty of Valera and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Reach Munnar, check into the hotel and rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar

Day 3 : Munnar

This entire day is for exploring the treasures of the hill station Munnar. Start with Eravikulam National Park where you can spot residents of the woods including some endangered species like Nilgiri Tahr. Later proceed to Mattupetty Dam and on to Echo Point. Experience your words thrown in air come back to you in the echo point.

Also visit Tea Museum(Closed on Mondays), to know everything about the origin and evolution of tea as a drink in India, in the form of photographs and old machineries. The overall process of tea making can be seen here and you can taste variety of tea with nice aroma and great taste. Pack few types for your family and friends as well. After a long sightseeing day, return to hotel. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 4 : Munnar - Thekkady

After breakfast, start your drive to Thekkady, also called as Periyar Tiger Reserve. Reach Thekkady, check into the hotel and relax for a while. Rest of the day is to explore Thekkady at your own pace. Options may include an elephant ride through Cardamom plantation, boat riding in the lake, spice tour or trekking activities, all depending on your timings and interest. Overnight stay at Thekkady

Day 5 : Thekkady - Alleppey

Check out from the hotel and proceed to Alleppey, popularly known as “Venice of the East”. The network of lakes and lagoons make Alleppey an exotic destination attracting everyone with houseboat cruises. Houseboats are “Kettuvallams”, the primary source of transportation in Alleppey since the olden days and now evolved as a popular tourist attraction. Reach Alleppey and embark your private houseboat at 12noon. The cruise takes you through the waterways and the banks project a different picture of Kerala. Relish the delicious cuisines prepared by the crew on board. Spend the most memorable night in the houseboat.

Disembark from your private houseboat and start your drive to Kovalam, the most scenic beach in Kerala. En-route, visit Trivandrum, state’s capital city.
